Legislation to Prohibit Hydraulic Fracturing (Fracking) Passes all stages

On Wednesday I led the Petroleum and Other Minerals Development (Prohibition of Onshore Hydraulic Fracturing (Fracking)) Bill through final stages in the Seanad.
