Budget 2016 – Spending Allocations

In 2016 the Government will spend over €51.4 Billion on current spending measures. This represents an increase of €770 million which is divided across several government departments and agencies.

It is important to know how and where public money is being spend. The first graph below shows where the additional money is being allocated while the second graph shows how the total amount of current expenditure is being allocated across all departments and agencies.
