On Friday, as Acting Leader of the Seanad, I responded to a range of issues raised by senators as part of the Order of Business.
A large number of issues was raised including climate change, nursing homes, care of older people, Galway 2020, Irish Water, social and affordable housing, staycations, occupational and speech and language therapy, carers, fertility problems, among others.
